Quick Start for Founders (First 60 Minutes)

Short on time? Follow this path to get your ERP instance configured and your first invoice sent within an hour.

Minute 0-15: Business Setup

Establish your brand identity and compliance baseline.

  1. Onboarding Context

Start from the plan-aware URL (e.g., /signup?plan=pro&cycle=monthly&trial=15) to ensure proper billing setup, and select your persona (CA, Agency, Freelancer, Contractor).

  2. Complete Settings Profile

Navigate to Settings. Enter your Legal Business Name, upload your logo, and add your registered address.

  3. Add Compliance Details

Crucially, add your Tax IDs (GSTIN/VAT) and Bank Remittance details so clients know how to pay you.

Minute 15-30: Revenue Basics

Prepare your workspace for billing.

  1. Add Clients

Go to Client CRM and add 3-5 of your most active clients.

  2. Build Service Catalog

Go to Service Catalog and add your top 3 service offerings to prevent manual typing later.

  3. Draft First Invoice

Navigate to Invoices & Earnings and create your first draft invoice using the clients and services you just added.

Minute 30-45: Collections Readiness

Enable seamless digital payments to get paid faster.

  1. Connect Gateways

In Settings, connect Stripe or Razorpay to enable clickable "Pay Now" links on your invoice PDFs.

  2. Test the Workflow

Send a test invoice to your own email address to verify the PDF layout, branding, and payment link behavior.

Minute 45-60: Scale Controls

Prepare for team expansion and deeper visibility.

  1. Enable Key Modules

Go to Settings > Workspace Modules and enable the Document Vault and Reporting Center.

  2. Invite Your Team

If you have a co-founder or operations manager, invite them to the workspace.

  3. Establish a Routine

Decide on a weekly 30-minute block to review your Dashboard KPIs and Cash Flow forecast.
